We offer a wide range of product and technology training packages suitably customised to the needs of our clients. With a high degree of practical content, our courses are designed to provide training delegates with the theory, knowledge and practical content they need to handle everything from the day to day operational and maintenance needs of their systems, through to fault and failure diagnosis and rapid and effective recovery from system failures.
To achieve the customer's training objectives, planning begins with a review of the customer's training needs. This aims to identify the basic staff training requirements - who needs to be trained, what kind of training, choice of language or other
special requirements.
In order to effectively manage new equipment and systems, our customer's system administrators and engineers will need to have full understanding of the system's configuration, sub-systems and software. We provide suitable systems engineering training to facilitate future planning, designing, and expansion of systems.
In order to initiate and train long term end users in an efficient and cost-effective manner, we recommend our customers to nominate "trainers" who will be trained in the functionalities and operations of the new equipment. A series of "train-the-trainer" courses will be conducted to bring trainers up to the required technical standards which will ensure the trainer is adequately equipped for the instruction and future training needs of his colleagues.
The aim of our maintenance training is to enable our customer's maintenance staff to perform effective preventative and corrective maintenance on the system, sub-systems and equipment. KGIS delivers a comprehensive suite of training courses to the customer designed to enable maintenance staff to gain a full understanding of the system and the equipment.
